Well, Jule, you got me looking for the fake palindrome, and I think I have spotted it - the line "blood in my eyes" apparently alludes to a song covered by Bob Dylan and originally performed by the Mississippi Sheiks in the 30s. Here is a link to the lyrics:

Well, in Dylan's song that would mean that the blood in one's eyes stems from passion, wouldn't it? Hmm... too bad I already sent you the interpretation where I took the blood in one's eyes as a sign of rage. However, it would still fit because the narrator certainly has a disturbed passion for the girl whom he wants to hurt and kill. I'd see it as an unhealthy obsession with someone that does not have anything to do with real love, at least in the context of Fake Palindromes. See you tomorrow!
